Q: How long is the appointment?

A: 45 mins to 1 hour per service (thus a hair and makeup appointment is 2 hours).

Q: How should I prepare for the appointment?

A: Blowouts - wash your hair prior to the appointment so that you have damp hair. Updos - hair must be clean and completely dry. Makeup - face must be completely clean with no traces of makeup and only non-SPF, non-tinted moisturizer on. 

Q: How do I pay? Does it include Tips?

A: You are prompted to pay on the website when you make your appointment.All payments must be made with credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American express). Tips are not included in the amount processed through the website, instead tips are left to your discretion. We recommend a 20% cash tip for your makeup artists or hair stylists if you are happy with the services provided. 

Q: How do I cancel my appointment? Will I be refunded if I cancel?

A: You can cancel or reschedule your appointments online. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments made within 24 hours of your appointment are subjected to a cancellation fee as follows:(i) within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total service booked and (ii) within 3 hours no refund will be given. Cancellations within 24 hours must be made by emailing info@StyleInGo.com
